National Conveyors Company, Inc

A Pioneer and a Leader

Founded in 1933, National Conveyors pioneered modern chip processing during World War II. At that time, the War Production Board selected National Conveyors Company to develop processes for the recovery and recycling of metal wastes generated from the manufacture of aircraft, ships, tanks, munitions and other military equipment. National engineers succeeded in this effort, establishing the basic technology of metal chip processing as used today. In recognition of this achievement National was awarded several U.S. Government citations. Since then, National has established a worldwide reputation as a leader in the field and continues this tradition by providing state of the art solutions.
